HOLIDAY POLICY
Orders placed November 1 - December 31, 2024 are eligible to be returned until January 31, 2025.
Exchanges are not currently available for holiday purchases.
RETURN POLICY
Email support@lumedrygoods.com regarding any return requests. Please provide your full order number (will start with LUME), and the item(s) that need to be returned in your message.
Return shipping is free of charge, but original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items in new condition can be returned up to 30 days after purchase for a refund to original payment method. Items must be in new, resalable condition with tags attached to qualify for return.
Once returned to our warehouse, refunds may take up to 3 business days to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with the refund details.
Lume Dry Goods does not currently offer exchanges.
Items must have been purchased on lumedrygoods.com to qualify for return. Event or in-store purchases cannot be returned online.
INCORRECT, DEFECTIVE, OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If we make a mistake, we'll correct it quickly and easily.
If you received an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@lumedrygoods.com with your full order number (will start with LUME) and details on the problem. Our customer service team will correct it promptly.
ORDER CHANGES
If a change to your order needs to be made, please email us at support@lumedrygoods.com as soon as possible as orders can start to be processed the same day as placed.
We will make every effort to make the requested changes, but please note that not all change requests can be accommodated.
